Santa will make a grand entrance wandering
throughout your event and greeting guests.
Santa can lead the singing of Christmas Carols
or read Christmas stories to your guests.
Children of all ages (young and old) are invited
to talk to and visit with Santa.
Host-provided gifts can be handed out
(there must be a gift for every child present at the event)
Photos, both candid and staged, may be taken at any time.
Santa David volunteers to do a limited number of non-profit events each year during the Christmas Season
Requests for free events in November and December should be limited to weekday evenings (Monday through Thursday) and are subject to availability.
The event must be a free event for all participants – donations given directly and in full to the 501(c)(3) are acceptable, but events that charge admission or require purchase are considered business events.
501(c)(3) organizations may request reduced rates for weekend events.
Rate reduction or waiver of fees for 501(c)(3) organizations is on a case-by-case basis, is entirely at Santa David’s discretion, and does not establish a precedent for any future events or for other organizations.

Requests for Events in January or February will need to be on Santa’s schedule prior to Christmas to ensure availability.
Rates shown are for events scheduled directly with Santa David. Event requests though booking agencies will be higher.
Mrs. Claus attends when available or when specifically requested, but her presence is not guaranteed.
